"This past August my husband and I had the pleasure to meet and work with Cheryl-Lynn Deschamps on finding our dream property in Nova Scotia. Cheryl-Lynn was recommended to us by a former client who lives in Nova Scotia. Cheryl-Lynn’s first step was taking the time over the phone to get to really know us and to get a really good sense of exactly what we were looking for as our ask was not an easy one – rugged land on the ocean to build our dream home.
